2.Nylon Conveyor Belt(NN)

Material Quality:High flexible,Highly resistance against impact,Highly bendable
Application:Used in mine, cement plant. Steel and Iron factory, metallurgy, construction, ports and etc.
Feature:Lighter body, Splendid flexibility, high tensile strength, impact resistance, into a good groove, suitable for medium and long-distance, large capacity, highspeed transmission of material.

3.Cotton Conveyor Belt(CC)

Application:Used in mine, cement plant, Steel and Iron factory, metallurgy, construction, ports and etc.
Feature:Traditional conveyor belts,suitble for medium and short distance transportation of materials.

4.Chevron Conveyor Belt

Chevron Conveyor Belt are used primarily when the angle of incline becomes too steep for a smooth conventional conveyor belt. The belt is fitted with integrally moulded cleats which prevent the material from sliding backwards as would be the case with a smooth surface belt. Different cleat designs allow the carrying o many types of material, from bulk solids to unit load.
Application:There are open type and close type,suitble for bulk or bagged materials such as powder andgranule with incline less than 45 centigrade.
Areas of application:Quarries,sandpits, cement works, lime works,farming: conveying of beet, grains, potatoes, fertilizer,wooden chips., coal and coke transport, sugar refineries, salt mines, mobile crusher and screens.

5.Heat Resistant Conveyor Belt

Application: Used in cement plant steel and iron factory, coking industry. Mainly for conveying coke iron and steel castings cement and high temperature materials.
Feature: Product selects cotton canvas or EP canvas as skeleton material. Cover rubber and cushion rubber is styrene-butadiene rubber or chlorobutadiene that has good heat resistanct work . under temperature of 150 degree centigrade. And it is suitble for conveyor materials under the temperature 150 degree centigrade.
Type:
T1: Under the temperature no more than 100 degree centigrad.
T2: Under the temperature no more than 125degree centigrade
T3:Under the temperature no more than 150 degree centigrade
T4: Under the temperature no more than 175degree centigrade

6.Cold Resistant Conveyor Belt

Application: Suilable for working minus 40 degree.
Feature: Good elasticity, shock proof, cold proof.
According to the covers phisical property, there are three kinds of cold resistant conveyor belt.
(H) crack-resistant cold resistant conveyor belt.
(D) Abrasion-resistant cold resistant conveyor belt.
(L) Common cold resistant conveyor belt.
According to cold resistant physical property,there are two kinds C1 and C2:C1 can be used under (-45degree centigrade-+50degree centigrade); C2 can be used under(-60degree centigrade-+50degree centigrade)

7.Oil Resistant Conveyor Belt

Application: Used in oil refinery,oil pressing factory,suitble for conveying material with oil.
Feature: Oil resistant
According to cover physical property,there are two kinds of oil resistant conveyor belt.
(D)Abrasion resistant oil resistant conveyor belt.
(L) Common oil resistant conveyor belt.

8.High Temperature Resistant Conveyor Belt

Application: Used in cement plant steel and Iron factory, coking industry. Mainly for transport coke iron and steel castings,cement and high temperature materials.
Features: high strength, high adhesion strength, abrasion resistant, indeformable, heat resistant conveyor belt working well under 180degree centigrade, it can bear 20 degree centigrade in short time.

9.Acid and Alkali-Resistance Conveyor Belt

Application: Used in chemical factory, chemical fertilizeplant,paper mill and factories and mines industry.
Feature:Acid and alkali-resiatant corrosion-resistant.

10.Endless Conveyor Belt

Endless conveyor belt is the belt that has been made into endless without joint in the process of production.
Feature: No joint in the belt canvas, not be shortened in service life due to early failure in the joints of the belt, flat in surface and even in tension, thus it runs smoothly and its elongation in working is low.

11.Common Flame Resistant Conveyor Belt

Application and Feature: The product is made of cotton canvas or EP canvas and finished through the processes of calendering,building, vulcanizing and etc. It's suiltble for conveying various non-corrosive and thornless materials in blocks,in grains,or in powder, such as coal in bulk or in bales,under the condition of flammable or explosive environment above coal wells.

12.Anti-Static Electricity and Anti -fire Fabrics Cord Conveyor Belt

Application and Feature: PVC anti-fire and anti-static electricity conveyor belt often called PSAF, it selects high-intensity nylon filament and yarn weave as a whole core,and then use the PVC impregneted their technologies and key equipment are introduced from the United Kindom Speciallization (Fenner)Corporation.PSAF have advantage of anti-static electricity, high-intensity,with light body,long life characteristucs in the modern world. It is the best security for the coal mine belt. Otherwise with light body,anti-fire anti-static characteristucs. It also has good elastic body,good performance against slippery features can increase their perspective,and to prevent the material being, improve transport efficiency. The belt's life will be enlonged because of the increaseness of cover rubber thickness. It is the most suitble belt for coal mine.

13.Sidewall Edge Conveyor Belt

Owing to spare limitation or in case of lifting materials at slope.raised edge conveyor belt is often used to prevent scatter of conveyed, materials. It is suitble for conveying materials at a large slope from 0degree -90degree.
Feature:
1.Materials can be conveyed at large slope up to 90degree.
2.The belt has large loading capacity and the materials can not be scattered.
3.The slope of conveying can be changed from horizontal to sloping, or from sloping to horizontal.
4.The conveyor is simple in structure,flexible in arrangement and occupy only a small area.
